Spring

Course of Contemporary Painting
Antonio López.at our siège by the Master Antonio López. Born in Tomelloso, Ciudad Real. He took his first steps with his uncle Antonio López Torres, also a painter. He was strongly influenced by the work of Salvador Dalí from whom he takes an impressive desire for reality and the preeminence of design over painting. Between 1950 and 1955 he studied an the Beaux Arts School of San Fernando in Madrid. Between 1964 and 1969 Antonio López gave Lectures on the preparation of colour at the Royal Accademy of San Fernando. His work, inscribed in the hyperrealism, has been adapted to the movies by the Film Director Victor Erice, in the so called film “The sun of the Quince” (1992). Temporality and Deterioration of material things are basic keys to understanding his hyperrealist style. In January 1993 he was nominated as an Academician of the Royal Academy of San Fernando.

The Course of the University of the Sea
José Lucason modern Painting, by the Master from Cieza, José Lucas. Born in Cieza in 1945, José Lucas was interested in the world of painting from an early age. He was a student with the sculptor Juan Solano and studied at the School of Arts and Crafts of Murcia and at the Superior School of Beaux Arts of Madrid. Thanks to a scolarship, he lived for a long time in Germany, where he had the oportunity of getting acquainted with german expresionism which he has always admired. This period in Germany marked a pre and a post in his personality, and also in his artistic career. He has lived in Madrid since 1969 and it was there he got in contact not only with the new plastic trends, with painters, and museums but also with writers, poets, comedians...He has done several murals (like the one for the Regional Parliamentary Assembly, the Fontes Palace or the damp of Santomera, in Murcia) as well as a very important number of Exhibitions. His expresionistic work, strong, brave, agresive and magic at the same time, give us the image of a true painter and of a very singular and special artist.

Weekly activities, will also take place throughout 2006, specially in Wi-Fi with academic value, as well as gatherings of children with organ transplants and those waiting for that kind of surgery.

Other activities in the technological area will take place and will be announced at our Web Site in due time.
